When a visitor arrives at the Yess website they are asked a number of questions that will help you figure out what they’re looking for.

After they submit their answers, their enquiry is ready to be purchased.

But you must be quick as the enquiry can only be purchased 5 times before it becomes invalid.

We have no control what happens to the enquiry beyond your business receiving a call or contact from the prospect. Our job is to find your business hot qualified enquiries, the rest is up to you and your team.

While actual numbers vary, yess is getting new users to visit the website every single day via an extensive ongoing marketing campaign. We understand that the more users available that are looking to arrange their events with your services and products the more conversions for everybody.

No, you do not pay anything at all to be listed on the website, or when people are looking at your business page and details. You will only pay a small cost when you decide to purchase the contact details of a user, should you wish to based on the information you can publicly find on the Yess enquiry that a user has made.

Yess doesn’t charge any fees for a business to be listed or customers to be registered on it’s platform. All our operations, including ongoing tech and marketing services are paid for by commissions for enquiries.

The yess website allows no more than 5 of the same business category types purchase a lead, because we want to give everybody a higher chance of winning the work.

yess cannot guarantee what happens after an enquiry is made, because this is where the business takes over, responds and takes care of the client.

However, what we can say is that conversions are always higher in the cost per enquiry model, because people on the app have already viewed your business profile and have real intent to purchase your services.

You are not locked into any contract period, because if you are not completely satisfied you can cancel at anytime at no cost or fuss.

All users that submit a form on yess website must complete a Google reCaptcha that validates them, because we want to make sure that real people and opportunities are presented to you.

yess is an app designed to help the LGBTQIA community find non-discriminatory service providers. Whether it’s a wedding or 50th birthday, we will help users to plan the perfect event, using businesses that love providing services to people of all walks of life.

The idea for yess was devised in December 2017 by our founder Jill. She wanted to create an app to help people in the gay community to find non-discriminatory service providers. yess is short for yes-services. We’re helping businesses show their love for providing services to people of all walks of life with no prejudice.

The yess app is completely free for businesses to register, add their information, prices, images, even video, and contact details. Any person using the app that gets in contact with your business will be highly qualified and have a real intent to purchase from you, as they have already seen your profile, including reviews.

Only when somebody chooses to call or contact your business will we charge a cost per enquiry. This is a one-off charge, which you won’t pay again regardless of any subsequent business you arrange with that customer. Register your business for free and claim a 6 month free trial.

We strategically only ever select 3 of each business type per suburb, because we want to minimise competition within the app and to keep enquiries and conversions coming through.

We also offer an immediate cancellation policy at any time, because if you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel with no fees and no fuss.
